I made this cake for a friend who celebrated her 40th Birthday. Had fun doing this but due to lack of time I opted to not do the ruffles on the bottom tier. I originally planned on putting ruffles on both tiers. Also used some pink dragees at the bottom tier and also as a buckle design on the border of the top tier.
Cake was mocha cake with mocha swiss meringue buttercream.
